     in civil litigation. Rebuttal testimony and assessment  of previous evaluations.
                 


FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY EXPERIENCE:  

  • 8,000 psychological evaluations and personality assessments. 3,500 cases were within  the
    field of  forensic psychology. 200 murder cases, including capital and first degree murders,
    mostly with  Hispanic defendants, 10/69 to present.

  • From 1969 to 1999, thousands of psychological testing assessments of personality and 
    intelligence.
        

  • In the last 29 years, hundreds of depositions and court testimonies as expert witness in 
    criminal and civil courts mostly with Hispanics and other minorities, in California and several
    other States. 

  • From 1975 to present, frequently retained in cases, both criminal and civil, involving cultural 
    beliefs, Curanderia, Santeria, Candomble,  Regla de Orisha, Shamanic and other Hispanic and 
    Afro-Caribbean practices. 
       

  • Psychological and cross-cultural consultations  to organizations and businesses regarding 
    cultural barriers, cultural diversity, cultural conflicts  and employment discrimination,
    1977 to 2000.
       

  •  Listed, until December 2000,  in the Court referral lists for Psychologists in Superior
     and Municipal Courts in the Counties of Orange,  Sonoma, Marin, Napa, 
     and San Mateo, California.
       

  •  Over  1000 forensic evaluations of mostly Hispanics charged with child molestation, rape,
     sex crimes, drug and alcohol, burglaries, kidnapping , extortion, violent crimes, and other
     criminal offenses.  Competency and insanity, mentally disorders sex offenders evaluations, 
      from 1973 to 2000.

  • Court appointed in numerous cases, including Juvenile Court,  Family Law, Custody
     Evaluations and Termination of Parental Rights, from 1975 to 2000.

  • Criminal Evaluations and Court testimony across California, including the counties of:
    Los Angeles,  Orange,  San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, Ventura, Kern, Fresno,
